2024 Girls Soccer JVB Parent Information

Welcome to the 2024 Adams JVB Soccer season! We are excited to see the girls out on the field and are looking forward to a great season!

Please go over the following information and complete steps 1-9 below by Wednesday March 20th.

*If you have any questions or concerns, including possible financial issues please do not hesitate to contact the coaching staff via email or phone. We will always work with our families to provide the best opportunities for our kids.

Step 1: Pay to Participate

Click on the button below to Pay your Pay to participate fee online.

• The Pay to Participate fee goes to the district and does not impact our soccer budget.

• Pay to participate must be completed online before our first game.

• You must upload your receipt to FINAL FORMS!

Step 2: Program Fee

Our program fee is $200.

COST BREAKDOWN…

• PROGRAM FEE ($150)

  THE PROGRAM FEE IS OUR BUDGET FOR THE SEASON. SINCE WE HAVE A PROGRAM FEE, WE WILL NOT NEED TO FUNDRAISE.

  • WHAT WILL THE FUNDS BE USED FOR?

    • NEW PRACTICE GOALS THIS SEASON

    • Two SEASONs ago NEW VARSITY UNIFORMS, BACKPACKS, WARMUPS AND WINTER COATS FOR THIS SEASON.

      • ALLOWING US TO PASS DOWN UNIFORMS, WARMUPS, WINTER COATS AND BAGS TO OUR JV TEAMS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS.

    • REPLACING OLD EQUIPMENT AND PURCHASING NEW TRAINING GEAR YEARLY

    • NEW SOCCER NETS FOR STADIUM GOALS

    • TEAMSNAP AND WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS

    • PRACTICE FIELD RENTAL WHEN NEEDED. THIS WILL GIVE JVA PRACTICE TIME ON THE TURF, AND JVB POSSIBLE PRACTICE TIME ON THE TURF AT ADAMS

    • TOURNAMENT AND REFEREE FEES

    • PRACTICE SOCCER BALLS FOR VARSITY, JVA AND JVB

    • GAME SOCCER BALLS FOR VARSITY, JVA AND JVB

    • GETTING ALL VARSITY GAMES PROFESSIONALLY FILMED

    • SUBSCRIPTION TO Veo, THE SITE THAT HOUSES OUR GAME FILM AND ALLOWS PLAYERS TO MAKE HIGHLIGHT TAPES FOR COLLEGE RECRUITING.

    • SENIOR NIGHT GIFTS FOR SENIOR PLAYERS

    • SAVING FOR NEW UNIFORMS FOR OUR NEXT UNIFORM CYCLE

    • AND ANY OTHER NEEDS FOR THE PROGRAM

• Coach Brian Fitzgerald Salary ($50)

  • We are excited to welcome coach Brian Fitzgerald back to Adams after over a decade. Coach Brian was the JVA coach at adams for many years in the early 2000’s. Coach Brian will serve as the program assistant, helping all three teams at various times throughout the year.

  • In order to pay coach brian for his services, we must use our funds from our program budget. The district does not provide an assistant position for soccer.

Step 3: Booster Club Membership/Yard Signs

Please join the booster club.  Along with our program fee, the booster club supports our program whenever we ask with thousands of dollars.  Your support will allow them to continue supporting us! You can purchase your membership online by clicking the button below.

Senior Banners and Yard Signs will be purchased through the Booster Club.  Download the forms below to purchase.

• The envelope will be collected by coach KIP on WEDNESDAY MARCH 20th at our GAME

Step 4: Communication

• We use TeamSnap for all program communication.  All game and practice schedules will be uploaded there.  YOu will receive reminder emails regarding these events, so make sure to have accurate contact information updated.

• Also, download the TeamSnap app to stay current with our schedule.

• adamssoccer.com is our program website.  Please take a second and bookmark it to your browser.

• We will be using various social media platforms this year to help showcase our program.  Follow us below.

Step 5: Game Schedule

• All practices and games will be posted on Teamsnap. The link below is also updated automatically by our district with any schedule changes.

Step 6: Volunteering

• THE PROGRAM NEEDS VOLUNTEERS TO HELP MAKE IT A SUCCESS. We ask that you volunteer for one of the open positions this season. We also need full participation with our concession stand volunteering. The funds earned come back to the program, so please sign up for one home game.

• Any unfilled positions will not be able to be run for our players, so Please take a few minutes and sign up for any of the following…

  • Descriptions of the volunteer positions are explained in the google form for each job.

Step 7: End of the Season Celebration

• WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THE END OF THE SEASON THIS YEAR AT ADAMS IN THE CAFETERIA. THIS EVENT WILL BE FOR JVA and JVB.

• WE WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP ORGANIZE THE EVENT. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE REACH OUT TO COACH Dustin.

• TENTATIVE DATE WILL BE WITHIN A WEEK OF THE SEASON ENDING.

Step 8: Practice Gear and Spirit Wear

All players are asked to purchase the practice gear package.

Optional spirit wear is also available in the store.

The store closes Tuesday March 19.

orders will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to come in.

Step 9: Team Pictures

TEAM PICTURES WILL BE ON Thursday April 4TH after school AT ADAMS. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS ORDER FORM, PRINT IT AND HAVE IT WITH YOUR SON AND A CHECK ON WEDNESDAY.
